[GGOGGAMA Usage Guide]
– Please check the date, time, and boarding location of your reservation so that you can use it without any mistakes on the day. If there is a change in departure time or boarding location, we will notify you individually or as a group notification, so it is recommended that you check in advance whether the number to be contacted is correct.
– In case of delay, GGOGGAMA will also delay the start to +30 minutes after the end of the last performance. Don’t worry, enjoy it all until the end!
– In case of insufficient capacity, the shuttle may be canceled unavoidably. If you have booked a cancelled flight, you will be offered to change to an alternative shuttle or receive a full refund after individual notice. (Shuttle confirmation announcement 5/29 Wed 3PM)
[GGOGGAMA Boarding Guide]
Boarding point to Ultra:
– Sadang Station (in the public parking lot at Exit 1)
– Seoul Station (Exit 15, in front of Korea Railroad Corporation)
– Hapjeong Station (Exit 8, in front of Holt Children’s Welfare Association)
– Sports Complex (Exit 3, in front of Asia Park)
– Suwon Station (Exit 4, in front of Novotel Ambassador)
Boarding point to Home:
– GGOGGAMA platform next to the ticket zone
– If the concert finished late, the departure time will also be adjusted according the concert.
– You will be dropped off at the bus boarding point. However, please note that it is not a bus stop, so you may move slightly depending on the traffic conditions.
[QR code Ticket]
– It could take come time to load and recognize the QR code depending on your data reception, so we recommend capturing it in advance.
– Show your booked QR code from GGOGGAMA app(if it doesn’t work show the name/contact information)
– After confirmation, you will be assisted with boarding.
[Boarding Procedures]
– Please board the GGOGGAMA shuttle after confirming the destination displayed on the front windshield without confusion.
– We strive for on-time departures. Boarding starts 30 minutes prior to departure time. Please arrive 10 minutes before departure.
– The booking confirmation would be progressed by lining up or seating after boarding depending on the situation.
– If a couple of shuttles are scheduled for the same route at the same time, they’ll departure in a row as soon as they are filled, and the last shuttle will depart as scheduled.
– If there are many booking for the return route, it could be a dedicated shuttle, and the decision between direct or with stops will be made right before departure.
– Arrival and departure times might be changed a little depending on the traffic. We appreciate your understanding.
[If the festival finished late?]
– If the concert finished later than expected due to encore or other reason, the departure time of the first shuttle will also be delayed by 20 minutes after the concert ends completely.
[Are seats designated?]
– It’s a first-come, first-served. Please be considerate if you are sitting with someone unfamiliar.
– We are a 40-seat large bus, and there is no standing seat.
[Luggage]
– Please board with small personal stuff.
– If you bring large stuffs like carry-on luggage and camping chairs, ask the assistance, then they can be placed in the luggage compartment.
– Please take care of valuable items and those that could be broken.
[Same-day reservation]
– Remaining seats will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
